The two sections
Section 1 — Trailhead to Viewpoint 22.53 km · Grade 1 · ~1.5 m to 260 mThe approachable part. Still a mountain trail: shoes with grip, water, care near edges.
Section 2 — Viewpoint 2 to the metal cross760 m · Grade 3 · ~260 m to 492 mSteep rock, hands-on scrambling, rockfall and slip risk. Registered guides only. Liability form at the Section 2 start.
Before you go
- Official access 07:00–16:00 · latest hiking start 14:30
- Do not hike in rainfall or strong wind
- The official trail ends at the metal cross — do not go beyond
- Under 13s should not attempt Section 2
